2. Google API Services & Gmail Integration
Google User Data Disclosure

What Gmail Data We Access
When you connect your Gmail account to SonCloud, we request access to:
- Read emails: To display your emails within the SonCloud interface
- Send emails: To allow you to compose and send emails from within SonCloud
- Manage labels: To organize emails and sync with our CRM categories
- View email metadata: Subject lines, sender/recipient information, timestamps
How We Use Gmail Data
Your Gmail data is used exclusively to:
- Display your emails within the SonCloud platform
- Enable email composition and sending through our interface

- Provide email tracking features (open/click tracking) when enabled by you
- Power AI-assisted email features (smart compose, summaries) at your request
Limited Use Disclosure
SonCloud's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Gmail data to provide and improve the email features you've requested
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes
- We do not sell Gmail data to third parties
- We do not use Gmail data to build user profiles for advertising
- Human access to Gmail data is limited to security purposes, investigating abuse, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent
Gmail Data Storage
Your Gmail data is handled as follows:
- Email content is fetched in real-time from Gmail servers and displayed in our interface
- We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your Gmail connection
- Email metadata may be cached temporarily to improve performance
- Emails you choose to link to CRM records store reference IDs, not full email content
Revoking Gmail Access
You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time through:
- SonCloud Settings > Email Integration > Disconnect Gmail
- Your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions
Upon disconnection, we will delete your OAuth tokens and any cached Gmail data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
